OrangeExpDB is a web-based database which integrates transcriptome data of Citrus spp. including C. limon, C. maxima, C. reticulata, C. sinensis, and P. trifoliata from NCBI SRA database, featuring a blast tool with options for browsing and searching, and allowing for the fast download of the expression matrix for candidate genes.
